General Terms and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and cuci356 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or using any part of the cuci356 platform, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by all conditions contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cuci356 platform. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those amendments.

cuci356 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, significant changes will be communicated to users via registered email or a notice on the platform.

Account Registration Eligibility

To register and use a cuci356 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and while using the platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be listed on any gambling self-exclusion programme;
• Register only one account in your own name — accounts on behalf of another person are not permitted;
• Provide true, accurate and complete information during registration;
• Not be a user whose account or access was previously terminated by cuci356.

Each user is only permitted to have one active account. If cuci356 detects that the same user has registered more than one account, all related accounts may be blocked, the balance returned to the original deposit level (after deducting any winnings or bonuses), and the user may be permanently banned from the platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

cuci356 supports several recognised payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

All deposited funds must be used for legitimate wagering purposes on the platform. cuci356 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for investigation purposes if there are signs of suspicious or unlawful activity related to the account in question.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet information registered is accurate. cuci356 is not responsible for any loss or delay resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.

In certain cases, cuci356 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or proof of ownership of the payment method.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

cuci356 offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to eligibility conditions and wagering requirements stated for each promotion. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus — 200% Up to RM500

A first deposit bonus of 200% is awarded up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.

Additional general conditions for all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are only eligible for members who register and complete account verification;
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash before the wagering requirements are met;
• cuci356 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is abuse or fraud;
• Each promotion may have its own additional conditions — please check the relevant promotion details;
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per registered user.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All cuci356 users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest manner that respects the platform and other users. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other methods to manipulate games or the system;
• Cooperating with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities ("collusion");
• Depositing funds via payment methods that are unauthorised or do not belong to the user;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform;
• Making false representations about identity or personal information;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or breach cuci356's security systems;
• Abusing customer service channels through threats, offensive language or harassment.

cuci356 uses an active monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. If your account is associated with activity that breaches these terms, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend or close the account without prior notice.

Account Security and Confidentiality

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their cuci356 account password and login information. The following are user responsibilities regarding account security:

• Choose a strong password that is not easy to guess;
• Do not disclose your password to anyone, including family members;
• Report to the cuci356 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation;
• Do not use public devices or public Wi-Fi networks to access your account;
• Ensure that the device used is protected by up-to-date security software.

cuci356 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in keeping their account secure. Any access or transactions made through your account will be considered as having been performed by you, unless you have reported a loss of access to us.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content found on the cuci356 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software compilations, is the property of cuci356 or its content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

Users are prohibited from:

• Copying, redistributing or reproducing any part of the platform without written permission from cuci356;
• Using the cuci356 name, logo or trademarks for any commercial purpose;
• Creating derivative products based on platform content without permission;
• Uploading or copying the source code of the cuci356 platform.

Any unauthorised use may result in appropriate legal action. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Account Suspension and Closure

cuci356 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for certain reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any term in this document;
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering or illegal activity;
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents;
• Duplicate registration by the same user;
• A self-exclusion request made through responsible gambling channels.

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the cuci356 support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements related to bonuses must be completed, or the bonus balance will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The cuci356 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, cuci356 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to our platform and services.

cuci356 will not be held responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred by users from betting activity;
• Service disruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control;
• Losses or damages arising from unauthorised use of the platform by third parties;
• Inaccuracies in information or content provided by third parties within the platform.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that the decision to gamble is entirely the user's own personal responsibility. cuci356 is not responsible for any debts, financial losses or personal problems arising from a user's gambling activity.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

cuci356 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via one or more of the following methods:

• Notice sent to the user's registered email address;
• Notice displayed prominently on the platform's main page;
• Notification via the platform's internal messaging system.

Continued use of the cuci356 platform after the amendment's effective date is considered the user's acceptance of the amended terms. If a user does not agree with the amendments, they should stop using the platform and contact the support team to close their account.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable under cuci356's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform, games or financial transactions shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with the cuci356 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to refer the matter to a recognised and independent arbitration body, whose decision shall be final and binding.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
